I thought I understood the world of night until I photographed this series.
However, I recognized how tiny I am when I encountered a deer in the deep forest at night.
I had forgotten the real night while living in a bright night in a city.
Within the deep darkness, I lost myself and fell into a sense of being part of the night.
At that moment I imagine. The night in the deep forest must be the same night as in ancient times. People must have felt the same fear as I felt and waited for the sun to rise motionless.
Then I feel. The same way I have experienced it, I envision those ancient people who also went into the night must have touched the world of darkness.
The night in the forest must be related to ancient times.
The lure of the night forest is still there after I returned back to the city life.
